Andrew has been a practising Valuer in Hawkes Bay since 2000, and Registered Valuer since 2003. Andrew holds post nominals FNZIV (Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers) and FPINZ (Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand).
Andrew is passionate about property, and has a wide knowledge and understanding of the property market.

Andrew’s specialisation is commercial and industrial, with particular specialisation in compensation valuations, childcare centres and block residential development land.
Andrew oversees the young professionals in the team, ensuring they are meeting their professional requirements as graduate valuers, and to meet the requirements of obtaining their registration.
Andrew is the former chair of the Hawkes Bay branch of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV), and currently sits on the Valuers Council of the NZIV, which is the governing body of the Institute.
Outside of work, Andrew is a passionate surfer, windsurfer, wind foiler, and mountain biker
