Paul has been a practising Registered Valuer in Hawkes by since 1999.
Paul holds membership post nominal status of ANZIV (Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers) and SPINZ (Senior of the Property Institute of New Zealand).
Paul specialises in the Lifestyle and residential sectors, with specialist expertise in the accommodation sector, particularly with regards to the valuation of motels – freehold and lessees interests, and rent reviews.
